RATES & CONDITIONS
Tenuta dell’Alto is available on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday year round, and for long weekends during low season
only. Availability indicated on this calendar is not a guarantee that the space is open. Please submit your reservation request
and we will contact you to confirm availability. Upon request, the house can also be rented with daily maid service.
Rates include the exclusive use of the house and grounds, including swimming pool (open from May through October). A
discount of 5% of total rental cost will be applied for 2 or more consecutive weeks. Special rates for "long weekends" are
available in low season. Arrival and departure dates can be agreed upon with owners. The price of rental includes gas, water,
electricity, Wifi internet, bed linens, bath & hand towels, pool towels, soaps, shampoos, detergents and exclusive concierge
service. It also includes final cleaning, 3 midweek cleanings, use of all appliances and equipment. The price does not include
house heating costs in winter or AC use in the summer. These are considered extra charges.
A reimbursable security deposit of $1,000 is due before arrival. We accept payments in credit cards and bank transfers. Guests
must sign a contract with owner. Please submit your reservation and we shall be in touch with you shortly.
